Quartz Fiber Tape
Quartz fiber tape is woven from quartz fiber yarn pre-treated with enhanced lubricant. It is a high-temperature resistant product produced with special equipment and special processes.
1. Product Introduction
Quartz fiber tape is made from quartz fiber yarn through a special process. It is mainly used as a reinforcing material for high-temperature ablation materials, high temperature insulation and sealing materials, resin reinforcing materials, high temperature insulation, binding and wrapping materials, etc. Applications include industrial insulation, oil pipeline wrapping, cable insulation wrapping, exhaust pipe insulation wrapping, insulation of flexible and rigid pipes, fireproof shells and other insulating protective layers, insulation of marine equipment, and reinforcing insulation binding materials for transformers, instrument transformers, and electronic products.

3.Advantages of quartz fiber tape:
It exhibits excellent high-temperature resistance. Long-term operating temperature can reach 1050℃, and short-term operating temperature can reach 1500℃;

4. Product Application scope:
Quartz fiber tape can be used as reinforcing material for high-temperature ablation materials.

Quartz fiber tape is used as reinforced insulation binding material for transformers, transformers, motors and other electrical products.
Quartz fiber belts are used for high-temperature equipment with various heat sources (coal, electricity, oil, gas), central air-conditioning pipe insulation; electric heating brackets, and heating elements.
