1. Technical Overview
SATIT200 is a heavy-duty wet-laid non-woven fiberglass thermal insulation tissue engineered for extreme high-temperature and high-pressure compression molding.
We manufacture this high-density fiberglass tissue to serve as a robust structural carrier and thermal barrier in multi-layer insulation jackets, molded pipe shells, industrial furnace linings, and automotive heat shields.
The heavy 200g/m² mat retains structural fiber geometry under continuous hydraulic press pressures exceeding 15 MPa and temperatures up to 550°C.
Factory lines integrate SATIT200 to prevent matrix crushing, eliminate thermal bridging, and maintain precise wall thickness during closed-mold composite curing.
